Randy has over 30 years in the applied materials science and Army/DoD space. He has worked in a variety of positions from the co-founder of the 3D metal printing company, Mantle Inc., to the solar start-up PLANT PV at LBL and as a Technical Staff Member at LANL. He recently retired as a full Colonel from the Army Reserve where he worked with the Army Modernization Enterprise and DoD innovation ecosystem. Randy received his Materials Science Ph.D. from Stanford University in 2011.
